What RADIAL616 Is Built For
RADIAL616 is a radial light truck tyre designed for passenger cars and light trucks that operate on mixed surfaces including paved roads, gravel tracks, and unpaved rural routes. It is built for extended mileage and high wear resistance, with a tread pattern that maintains grip and stability under varied load and terrain conditions. The tyre is rated for all-terrain use and carries the T and Q speed symbols, suitable for sustained highway and local delivery duties. Three sizes are available: 215R15C, 30X9.50R15LT, and 31X10.50R15LT, covering light commercial vehicles, small delivery vans, and utility trucks used in construction, agriculture, and rural logistics.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Excellent traction and handling performance
- Excellent wear resistance performance
- All Terrain Tire
Key Benefits
- High wear resistance extends casing life on mixed-surface routes
- All-terrain tread pattern maintains traction on paved, gravel and loose soil
- Excellent handling performance under load and at speed
- Three sizes cover common light truck and van fitments in mixed-duty markets
- Load index up to 111/109 and speed symbol T support highway use
Problems It Solves
- Standard passenger car tyres wear out quickly on gravel and unpaved roads due to lack of tread durability
- Off-road tyres designed for mud or rock wear too fast on paved roads, reducing mileage
- Fleets needing separate tyres for urban and rural use face higher stock and replacement costs
- Lack of consistent traction and handling on mixed surfaces leads to safety and performance issues
- Short casing life on light trucks used in varied terrain increases total cost of ownership
Who It Is For
- Tyre distributors supplying light truck and van fleets in mixed-surface markets
- Fleet operators replacing tyres that wear out quickly on gravel or unpaved roads
- Importers sourcing one tyre pattern that covers both urban delivery and rural access use
- Agricultural and construction dealers needing a durable tyre for light-duty utility vehicles
- Government or municipal buyers procuring tyres for light-duty service vehicles with varied terrain use
Application Scenarios
- Delivery vans and light trucks operating on paved roads with occasional gravel or dirt access routes
- Small utility vehicles used in construction sites, farms, and rural service operations
- Fleets of light commercial vehicles running mixed urban and rural routes with frequent off-road access
- Agricultural support vehicles moving between fields and main roads with minimal paved surface
- Contractors using light trucks for equipment transport on unsealed access roads and tarmac
Technical Features
- Radial construction for improved fuel efficiency and longer tread life
- All-terrain tread pattern designed for grip on paved, gravel, and loose soil surfaces
- High wear resistance performance across all listed sizes and load conditions
- Tread depth of 10.2 mm on 215R15C and 11.2 mm on both LT sizes for extended casing life
- Tread compound and pattern geometry optimized for traction under load and at speed

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard passenger car radial tyres
RADIAL616 has higher wear resistance and all-terrain capability, making it more durable on gravel and unpaved roads where passenger car tyres fail early
Compared With Heavy-duty off-road truck tyres
RADIAL616 wears slower and runs quieter on paved roads, but lacks the deep lugs and extreme traction of dedicated off-road patterns
Compared With Other light truck tyres with lower wear resistance
RADIAL616 extends casing life through higher tread depth and compound durability, reducing replacement frequency
Use Guide
- Match ply rating and load index to your actual axle load and rim width – do not overspecify
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load; dual and single fitment pressures differ
- Check tread depth and wear indicators regularly, especially on gravel or unpaved routes
- Rotate tyres between positions before irregular wear sets in, particularly on vehicles with one-way load patterns
- Inspect tread shoulders and sidewalls after off-road use to detect early signs of impact damage
RADIAL616 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 215R15C or 31X10.50R15LT typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
215R15C in 8PR, 30X9.50R15LT in 6PR, and 31X10.50R15LT in 6PR. Full load index, rim, pressure, and diameter data for each is in the size table on this page.
Is this tyre suitable for highway use?
Yes. The T and Q speed symbols allow for sustained highway speeds, and the radial construction supports high-mileage performance on paved roads.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
