LL31
- 30 sizes
- Bias Agricultural
LL31 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for use on tractors, harvesters and utility vehicles operating in muddy, uneven or rocky field conditions. The tread pattern provides strong grip and self-cleaning performance, with deep grooves that resist clogging during wet or sticky soil work.

What LL31 Is Built For
LL31 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for use on tractors, harvesters and utility vehicles operating in muddy, uneven or rocky field conditions. The tread pattern provides strong grip and self-cleaning performance, with deep grooves that resist clogging during wet or sticky soil work. The casing construction offers wear and puncture resistance, making it suitable for long-term use in demanding farming environments. Available in 30 sizes from 5.00-12 to 12.4/11-28, with ply ratings from 4 to 8, it supports a range of axle loads and rim widths found on small to medium agricultural machinery. The tyre is marked with A6 speed symbol, indicating suitability for low-speed agricultural operations.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Wear and puncture resistance
- Good grip and self-cleaning performance
Key Benefits
- Deep tread pattern resists clogging in mud and sticky soil, maintaining grip during field work
- Bias casing construction provides wear and puncture resistance for long service life
- Self-cleaning tread design reduces soil buildup and maintains traction under load
- Wide range of sizes from 5.00-12 to 12.4/11-28 covers most small and medium tractors and utility vehicles
- Ply ratings from 4 to 8 allow matching to axle load and terrain severity without overspecifying
Problems It Solves
- Tread clogging in mud reduces grip and increases slippage during field work
- Puncture damage from rocks or debris shortens tyre life on unsealed terrain
- Lack of consistent fitment across multiple machines leads to high stock and ordering complexity
- Overly rigid tyres cause poor traction on soft ground; overly soft ones fail on hard surfaces
- Multiple tyre patterns needed for different machines increase inventory and ordering effort
Who It Is For
- Agricultural dealers supplying replacement tyres to farmers and cooperatives
- Fleet operators managing a mixed fleet of tractors and utility vehicles
- Importers sourcing tyres for markets with high soil resistance and low-speed operation
- Distributors who need a single pattern with multiple sizes to reduce stock complexity
- Contractors bidding on government or tender-based agricultural equipment supply
Application Scenarios
- Tractors working in wet clay or sticky soil where tread clogging reduces traction
- Harvesters operating on uneven or rocky field surfaces where puncture risk is high
- Utility vehicles used for transport between fields and storage areas on unsealed roads
- Farms with mixed terrain requiring one tyre that handles both soft ground and hard-packed paths
- Contractors supplying tyres to agricultural cooperatives needing consistent fitment across multiple machines
Technical Features
- Bias casing construction with reinforced tread and sidewall for puncture resistance
- Deep, wide grooves designed for self-cleaning in mud and sticky soil
- Tread depth ranges from 20.0 mm to 38.0 mm, with the deepest in larger sizes for extended wear
- Tread pattern optimized for grip under load rather than rolling efficiency
- A6 speed symbol indicates suitability for low-speed agricultural use

- Label, marking and packaging adjusted to destination market requirements
Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Radial agricultural tyres
LL31 has better puncture resistance and lower cost but may have shorter tread life and higher rolling resistance on paved roads
Compared With Light-duty bias tyres
LL31 offers higher ply ratings and deeper tread for heavier loads and more aggressive terrain
Compared With Tread patterns with shallow grooves
LL31’s deep grooves resist clogging and maintain grip in mud, while shallow patterns lose traction quickly
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to your actual axle load and terrain severity; higher ratings are not always better
- Check the rim width listed against your wheel: 4.00E for 5.00-12, 4.50E for 6.00 series, W7 for 8.3-24, etc.
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load; underinflation increases wear and heat
- Inspect tread grooves after field use to remove lodged soil and prevent casing damage
- Rotate tyres between positions if irregular wear appears, especially on machines with one-way loads
LL31 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of LL31 typically fills by weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs production. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
30 sizes from 5.00-12 to 12.4/11-28, with ply ratings 4, 6, and 8. Full load, pressure, width and diameter data for each is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for high-speed use?
No. The A6 speed symbol indicates it is designed for low-speed agricultural operations only.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled directly by us. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
