LL30 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and field machinery operating in demanding soil conditions. The tread pattern provides lateral grip and wear resistance, supporting consistent traction performance across ploughed fields, wet mud, and uneven terrain.

What LL30 Is Built For
LL30 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and field machinery operating in demanding soil conditions. The tread pattern provides lateral grip and wear resistance, supporting consistent traction performance across ploughed fields, wet mud, and uneven terrain. It is built for the rigours of continuous agricultural work, with a focus on maintaining casing integrity and tread life under high lateral stress. Nine sizes are available, ranging from 4.00-12 to 6.50-20, with ply ratings of 4, 6, and 8, and load capacities from 240 kg to 1000 kg depending on size and inflation pressure. The tyre carries the A6 speed symbol, suitable for low-speed field operations.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Lateral grip and wear resistance
- Good traction performance
Key Benefits
- Lateral grip and wear resistance improve stability and extend tread life on ploughed and uneven ground
- Good traction performance in mud, wet soil, and soft terrain without excessive slippage
- Multiple sizes from 4.00-12 to 6.50-20 cover a range of tractor and implement fitments
- Ply ratings of 4, 6, and 8 provide options for different load and duty requirements
- Tread depth up to 860 mm supports long service life before retreading is needed
Problems It Solves
- Lack of lateral grip in standard agricultural tyres leads to slippage and reduced efficiency in soft soil
- Tread wear from lateral stress shortens casing life before the tread is fully worn out
- Multiple suppliers and MOQs required when sourcing different sizes and ply ratings
- Inconsistent fitment and load capacity across brands when replacing tyres on tractors
- Difficulty in obtaining mixed container loads of bias agricultural tyres from single factories
Who It Is For

- Importers sourcing mixed container loads of agricultural tyres for regional distribution
- Contractors running field work on mixed terrain with high lateral stress on tyres
- Distributors needing one supplier for multiple bias agricultural sizes and ply ratings
Application Scenarios
- Tractors working in soft, wet soil or ploughed fields where lateral grip prevents slippage
- Farm machinery operating on uneven terrain with frequent turns and lateral loads
- Harvesting and transport operations on muddy or ungraded field paths
- Implement mounting on front or rear axles where consistent traction is required
- Fleets replacing worn tyres on tractors with multiple size requirements across a single operation
Technical Features
- Bias construction with lateral grip and wear resistance for consistent field performance
- Tread depth ranges from 535 mm to 860 mm, supporting long service life before retreading
- Speed symbol A6 suitable for low-speed agricultural operations
- Rim sizes from 3.00D to 5.00F match standard tractor wheel widths
- Ply ratings of 4, 6, and 8 allow selection based on axle load and duty

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Radial agricultural tyres
LL30 offers lower cost and better lateral grip in soft soil, but radial tyres may have longer tread life and better fuel efficiency on paved roads
Compared With Other bias tyres with no lateral grip claim
LL30’s focus on lateral grip and wear resistance improves performance on ploughed fields and reduces slippage
Compared With Single-size-only suppliers
LL30 is available in nine sizes, allowing mixed container loading and reducing the need for multiple suppliers
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to your actual axle load and terrain duty – higher ply ratings are not always necessary
- Check the rim size listed against your wheel: 3.00D for 4.00-12 to 4.50-16, 4.00E for 5.00-15, 4.50E for 6.00-16, 5.00F for 6.50-20
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load – underinflation increases wear and heat
- Inspect tread and sidewall after each field cycle for damage, especially on lateral edges
- Rotate tyres between front and rear positions if irregular wear develops, particularly on high-lateral-load operations
LL30 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ typically fills by weight rather than volume. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
4.00-12, 4.00-14, 4.00-16, 4.50-14, 4.50-16, 5.00-14, 5.00-15, 6.00-16, 6.50-20. Full load, pressure, and rim data is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for high-speed use?
No. The A6 speed symbol is rated for low-speed agricultural use. It is not suitable for highway speeds.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
