- Bias Agricultural
LL2-Agricultural is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and field machinery operating on soft soil, uneven terrain and wet conditions. The tread pattern provides consistent lateral grip to maintain control during tight turns and implement positioning. It features wear and crack resistance to extend casing life under repeated stress from soil compaction and debris impact.

What LL2-Agricultural Is Built For
LL2-Agricultural is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and field machinery operating on soft soil, uneven terrain and wet conditions. The tread pattern provides consistent lateral grip to maintain control during tight turns and implement positioning. It features wear and crack resistance to extend casing life under repeated stress from soil compaction and debris impact. The tyre is available in eight sizes from 4.00-8 to 7.00-16, with ply ratings from 4 to 14, and is built for low-speed, high-load applications typical of farming and land preparation work.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Wear and crack resistance
- Lateral grip
Key Benefits
- Wear and crack resistance extends casing life in repeated field cycles
- Lateral grip maintains control during tight turns and implement positioning
- Multiple ply ratings from 4 to 14 allow matching to axle load and duty
- Tread depth up to 12.0 mm provides long service life in abrasive soil
- Available in 4.00-8, 4.00-12, 4.00-14, and 7.00-16 sizes for common farm machinery
Problems It Solves
- Tyres failing prematurely due to cracking under repeated stress from soil and debris
- Loss of control during turns on soft or wet ground due to poor lateral grip
- Inconsistent load capacity across sizes leading to over- or under-specification
- Multiple suppliers and MOQs required when sourcing different sizes and ply ratings
- Short casing life due to inadequate resistance to wear and crack propagation
Who It Is For

- Importers sourcing tyres for regional agricultural markets with limited local supply
- Distributors needing one supplier for multiple sizes and ply ratings in a single container
- Contractors running seasonal operations requiring durable tyres for repeated field use
Application Scenarios
- Tractors performing ploughing, harrowing and seeding on soft or wet soil
- Field machinery operating on uneven terrain with frequent lateral movement
- Farmers needing long-lasting tyres that resist cracking from repeated stress
- Equipment used in mixed-duty operations where soil compaction and debris are present
- Small to medium-sized tractors requiring tyres with high load capacity at low speed
Technical Features
- Bias construction with wear and crack resistance for extended field service
- Tread pattern designed for lateral grip during turning and implement positioning
- Tread depth from 6.5 mm to 12.0 mm depending on size, supporting long wear life
- Rim compatibility specified for 3.00D and 5.50F standard rims across sizes
- Speed symbol A6 for low-speed agricultural use, not for highway operation

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Radial agricultural tyres
LL2-Agricultural has bias construction, which is more resistant to impact and puncture in soft, debris-filled fields, but may have shorter tread life than radial tyres on high-speed operations
Compared With General-purpose agricultural tyres
LL2-Agricultural focuses on lateral grip and wear resistance, making it better suited for repeated turning and high-stress field work than tyres designed for lighter duty
Compared With High-speed agricultural tyres
LL2-Agricultural is rated A6, suitable only for low-speed field use; it is not designed for highway transport between fields
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to your actual axle load and operating conditions to avoid overloading
- Check the rim size (3.00D or 5.50F) against your wheel before ordering
- Inflate to the pressure listed in the size table for your load; underinflation causes casing damage
- Inspect tread and sidewall after each field cycle for cracks or embedded debris
- Rotate tyres between positions if irregular wear develops, especially on tractors with uneven load distribution
LL2-Agricultural Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 4.00-8 or 7.00-16 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
4.00-8 in 4, 6, and 8 PR; 4.00-12 in 6 PR; 4.00-14 in 6 PR; 7.00-16 in 10, 12, and 14 PR. Full load, pressure, width and diameter data for each is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for highway use?
No. The speed symbol A6 is for low-speed agricultural use only. It is not rated for highway speeds.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
