Overview

What LL11-Agricultural Is Built For

LL11-Agricultural is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and farm machinery operating in field conditions with moderate to heavy loads. The tread pattern is engineered to reduce rolling resistance while maintaining traction on soft soil and uneven terrain. It features good wear and crack resistance, and effective heat dissipation to prevent overheating during prolonged use. The tyre is available in five size and ply combinations, with section widths of 185 mm and 200 mm, and overall diameters of 750 mm and 775 mm, all mounted on 5.50F rims. It carries the A6 speed symbol, suitable for typical farm speeds. Load capacity ranges from 975 kg to 1320 kg depending on size and ply rating.

The problem

Problems It Solves

  • High rolling resistance in field tyres increases fuel use and operational cost
  • Poor heat dissipation leads to casing damage and premature failure during long field sessions
  • Crack formation in tread and sidewall reduces tyre life in dry or abrasive soil
  • Lack of available ply ratings forces buyers to over-specify or under-specify load capacity
  • Multiple suppliers and MOQs complicate procurement for mixed-size agricultural tyre orders
Buyers

Who It Is For

  • Agricultural dealers supplying tractors and farm machinery in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe
  • Fleet operators managing a mixed fleet of tractors with varying load requirements
  • Importers sourcing tyres for agricultural markets with specific load and terrain demands
  • Distributors needing one supplier for multiple sizes and ply ratings across a single container
  • Government and cooperative buyers procuring tyres for rural development or farming projects
Where it works

Application Scenarios

  • Tractors performing ploughing, planting, and harvesting in clay or loam soil with moderate to heavy loads
  • Farm machinery operating on uneven terrain with frequent stops and starts
  • Equipment used in continuous field work where heat buildup from friction is a concern
  • Farms requiring tyres that maintain performance over multiple seasons without early wear
  • Operators seeking consistent traction and reduced fuel use across a range of field duties
Construction

Technical Features

  • Bias construction with reinforced casing for durability under field stress
  • Tread pattern designed for low rolling resistance and consistent traction on soft soil
  • Good wear and crack resistance to maintain performance over extended use
  • Effective heat dissipation to prevent thermal degradation during prolonged operation
  • Tread depth of 10.0 mm or 12.0 mm depending on size, supporting long service life

How ordering works

From Size List to Loaded Container

1

Confirm the required size, ply rating, and load capacity against the tractor or machine specification

2

We quote FOB or CIF based on your load port and confirm current plant availability

3

Production or stock allocation is confirmed with the plant before deposit is required

4

Container is loaded, insured, and shipped with full export documentation and certificate of origin

Quality control

Quality and After Sales

  • Every tyre supplied carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defect
  • Warranty claims are handled directly by us, not passed back to the plant
  • Cargo transportation insurance is arranged on every shipment
  • All markings and specifications are confirmed against your destination market requirement before loading
Customisation

Customisation Options

  • Mixed container loading across sizes, patterns, and brands to match your order book
  • Certificate of origin issued to suit your import duty position
  • Sidewall branding and private label subject to plant minimum order quantity
  • Label, marking, and packaging adjusted to the destination market requirement
Honest comparison

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not

Compared With Standard radial agricultural tyres

Bias construction offers better traction in soft soil but may have higher rolling resistance and shorter lifespan on paved roads

Compared With High ply rating agricultural tyres

Higher ply ratings increase load capacity but also weight and cost; LL11-Agricultural offers balanced options for moderate loads

Compared With Tyres without heat dissipation features

This tyre’s design reduces heat buildup, which helps prevent casing failure during long field sessions

Fitting and use

Use Guide

  • Match ply rating to actual load and machine weight; avoid overspecifying to reduce cost and ride harshness
  • Check rim size (5.50F) against your wheel before fitting; incorrect rim causes improper seating and wear
  • Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load; under-inflation increases heat and wear
  • Inspect tread and sidewall for cracks after extended use, especially in dry or abrasive soil
  • Rotate tyres between positions if irregular wear develops, particularly on machines with uneven load distribution
Questions

LL11-Agricultural Buying Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

We load by full container. A 40HQ of 6.50-16 or 7.00-16 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.

What is the lead time?

It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.

Which sizes are available?

6.50-16 in 10PR and 12PR, and 7.00-16 in 10PR, 12PR, and 14PR. Full load, pressure, and dimension data for each is in the size table on this page.

Is this tyre suitable for paved roads?

It is designed for field use. While it can be driven on paved roads, it is not optimized for rolling resistance or longevity on tarmac.

Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?

Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.

What warranty do you give?

One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.

Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?

Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
