What GREEN-Max VanHP Is Built For
GREEN-Max VanHP is a commercial light truck tyre designed for vans and light delivery vehicles that operate in urban and suburban environments with frequent stops, sharp turns and mixed load conditions. The tread pattern delivers consistent grip during cornering and braking, while the low rolling resistance helps reduce fuel consumption over daily routes. It is built for stability under load and maintains performance across a range of temperatures and road surfaces. Available in eight sizes from 175/65R14C to 235/65R16C, with ply ratings of 6PR and 8PR, it supports load indices from 90/88 to 115/113 and speed symbols T and R. The tyre is suitable for use on front and rear axles of light commercial vehicles, including delivery vans, service trucks and small cargo carriers.

Problems It Solves
- Urban delivery vehicles experience poor handling and instability under load due to low grip and weak tread design
- High rolling resistance in standard light truck tyres increases fuel costs over daily routes
- Fleets must manage multiple tyre patterns for front and rear axles, increasing stock complexity and fitting time
- Lack of consistent cornering grip leads to increased wear and reduced safety on sharp turns
- Single-size sourcing from one factory limits flexibility when building mixed container loads
Who It Is For
- Tyre distributors supplying light commercial vehicle fleets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America
- Fleet operators replacing tyres on delivery vans and service trucks with consistent handling needs
- Importers sourcing a single pattern that covers multiple light truck and van sizes for mixed container loading
- Wholesale distributors needing a reliable, high-grip tyre for urban and suburban light-duty applications
Application Scenarios
- Delivery vans operating in city centres with frequent stops, sharp turns and variable loads
- Service trucks used by utility and maintenance companies on mixed road surfaces including paved and gravel access roads
- Small cargo carriers running daily routes between distribution hubs and retail outlets
- Fleets of light commercial vehicles that require consistent handling and fuel efficiency across multiple shifts
- Vehicles operating in moderate climates where winter performance is not a primary concern but grip and stability are
Technical Features
- Tread pattern designed for high grip performance and driving force during turning
- Low rolling resistance improves fuel efficiency on daily urban and suburban routes
- Stable handling under load and during frequent stops and starts
- Available in 8 sizes from 175/65R14C to 235/65R16C, covering most light commercial van and truck fitments
- Ply ratings of 6PR and 8PR support varying load levels across different vehicle classes

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard light truck tyres without high grip focus
GREEN-Max VanHP offers better cornering grip and stability under load, reducing wear and improving safety in urban driving
Compared With Tyres with higher rolling resistance
Lower rolling resistance in GREEN-Max VanHP reduces fuel consumption over daily delivery routes
Compared With Single-size-only sourcing from a single factory
Mixed container loading across eight sizes reduces the need for multiple suppliers and simplifies inventory management
Use Guide
- Match ply rating and load index to your vehicle's actual axle load and rim width
- Use the standard rim and pressure values from the size table for correct inflation and load capacity
- Check tread depth regularly; the lowest is 7.7 mm, which is suitable for urban use but not long-term off-road
- Rotate tyres before irregular wear sets in, especially on vehicles with uneven load distribution
- Inspect for damage after driving on gravel or rough surfaces; the casing is not designed for extreme off-road use
GREEN-Max VanHP Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 175/65R14C or 235/65R16C typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
175/65R14C, 215/65R15C, 195/65R16C, 205/65R16C, 215/60R16C, 215/65R16C, 225/65R16C, 235/65R16C. Full load index, rim and pressure data for each is in the size table on this page.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
Is this tyre suitable for off-road use?
It is designed for urban and suburban roads. The casing and tread are not built for extreme off-road conditions such as deep mud, rocks or gravel.
