What GREEN-Max Van Is Built For
GREEN-Max Van is a light truck commercial tyre built for delivery vans, minibuses and light commercial vehicles that carry rated load every working day. The pattern uses big shoulder blocks to increase traction and grip under load, and the compound is tuned for low rolling resistance to keep fuel consumption down on high-mileage routes. Thirty-one sizes are supplied, from 5.00R12LT through 155R13C and 185R14C up to 225/75R16C, in ply ratings from 6PR to 12PR and load indices up to 107/105, covering the light truck and van fitments most fleets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East run.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Big pattern blocks on the shoulder increase traction and better grip performance
- Low rolling resistance for high energy efficiency
Key Benefits
- Big shoulder pattern blocks increase traction and grip on loaded light commercial vehicles
- Low rolling resistance compound cuts fuel consumption on high-mileage delivery routes
- Thirty-one sizes from 5.00R12LT to 225/75R16C cover most van and minibus fitments
- Load indices up to 107/105 with dual and single ratings for dually applications
- Ply ratings from 6PR to 12PR match the payload your chassis is actually rated for
Problems It Solves
- Van tyres loaded to rating every day lose grip faster than passenger car patterns, especially on the shoulder
- High rolling resistance on vans running all day burns fuel that a low RR compound avoids
- Sourcing many small C-type sizes from different plants means separate MOQs and paperwork for each
- Fleets without dual/single load data over- or under-specify ply rating for dually axles
Who It Is For
- Tyre distributors supplying van and LTR sizes to delivery and passenger fleets
- Fleet operators replacing tyres that wear early under constant rated payload
- Importers needing one LTR pattern across a wide range of C-type and LT sizes
- Retail chains stocking the common 13 to 16 inch van sizes in one brand
Application Scenarios
- City and regional delivery vans running loaded every shift on mixed urban roads
- Minibus and passenger shuttle fleets needing grip with passengers on board
- Dually light trucks using the dual and single load ratings on each listed size
- Cold chain and box-body vans where rolling resistance drives the fuel bill
- Utility and tradesman vehicles carrying tools and equipment at rated payload
Technical Features
- Large shoulder pattern blocks designed to increase traction and grip under load
- Low rolling resistance construction for high energy efficiency on commercial duty
- C-type and LT construction with reinforced ply ratings from 6PR to 12PR
- Dual and single load ratings published for every listed size
- Tread depths from 7.5 to 9.8 mm across the size range
- Speed symbols P, N, R, S, Q, T and H to match the van application

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard passenger car tyres fitted to vans
A passenger car pattern has higher rolling resistance and less shoulder grip under rated van payload; GREEN-Max Van is built for the load
Compared With Deep-lug light truck traction patterns
A traction pattern grips better off tarmac but raises rolling resistance; on paved delivery routes the low RR design is the right trade
Compared With Buying each C-type size direct from a plant
A single plant will not fill a container across thirty-one sizes; mixed loading through us consolidates sizes, MOQs and paperwork
Use Guide
- Match ply rating and load index to the van's door placard, not to the highest rating available
- Use the dual load rating for dually axles and the single rating for wide-single fitment
- Inflate to the kPa listed for your size and load; 6PR and 8PR pressures differ
- Check the standard rim listed against your wheel before ordering
- Rotate positions early on heavily loaded rear axles to even out shoulder wear
GREEN-Max Van Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. Because the size range covers thirty-one small van sizes, the practical way to order is a mixed container across the sizes you actually sell.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
Thirty-one sizes from 5.00R12LT and 155R13C up to 225/75R16C, in 6PR to 12PR and load indices 88/85 to 107/105. Full data is in the size table on this page.
What load ratings does each size carry?
Each size lists both a dual and a single standard load, for example 185R14C at D800 S850 kg. Use the single figure for wide-single fitments and the dual figure for dually axles.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other sizes or brands?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several van sizes and brands, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment is by bank transfer to our account at BANK OF CHINA, Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Branch. Any other account details sent in our name are fraudulent.
