Five sizes are available from 17.5R25 to 29.5R25, with ply ratings from 14.00/1.5 to 25.00/3.5, covering loader models with axle loads from 5450 kg to 14000 kg at 50 km/h and 8500 kg to 22400 kg at 10 km/h.

Use Guide
- Match ply rating and load index to your actual axle load and rim width; do not overspecify
- Check the standard rim listed against your wheel: 182 mm for 17.5R25, 193 mm for 20.5R25, and so on
- Inflate to 600 kPa at both 50 km/h and 10 km/h speeds as specified in the size table
- Inspect tread and sidewall after each shift for embedded stones or damage, especially after quarry use
- Rotate tyres between loader positions before irregular wear sets in, particularly on one-way load cycles
LB01N Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of LB01N typically fills by weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
17.5R25, 20.5R25, 23.5R25, 26.5R25, and 29.5R25. Full load, pressure and rim data for each is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for highway use?
No. It is designed for loader use on off-road and mixed terrain. It is not intended for highway or high-speed on-road service.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply before order placement.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled directly by us. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other OTR patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several OTR patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
