Vietnamese customers visit the Creeks factory
A delegation of customers from Vietnam visited the Creeks plant in Suzhou to see how the composting machines are built and to discuss food waste solutions for their market.

Buyers of capital equipment want to see the plant. That is the whole point of a factory visit: not marketing, but standing next to the fabrication, the control cabinets and the test runs, and asking questions of the people doing the work.
The Vietnamese delegation came to Suzhou to do exactly that - reviewing the manufacturing process, the machine range and the composting technology behind it, and discussing which capacities suit food service operations in their market.
Visits like this are a regular part of how Creeks sells into export markets, alongside exhibitions such as the Canton Fair.
Outcome
- Manufacturing process reviewed on site by the customer
- Capacity selection discussed against the local market
- Direct relationship established with the factory team
