A Kazakh farm turns waste into on-site fertilizer
A farming operation in Kazakhstan installed Creeks composting equipment to process organic waste on site and return the output to its own land instead of buying in soil improver.
Agricultural operations are, in one sense, the ideal composting customer: the waste is organic, the volume is predictable around harvest and packing, and the output has an immediate use on the same property. What usually stops them is distance - there is no processing infrastructure nearby, so organic waste is either stockpiled or hauled a long way.
This Kazakh farm took the on-site route. Organic waste is loaded into the machine as it is generated, microbial decomposition runs its 12 to 24 hour cycle, and the resulting compost goes back onto the land at the recommended blending ratio. The collection step disappears, and so does most of the volume.
The installation is part of a wider Creeks presence in Kazakhstan, which also includes a distributor agreement and machines reported to be operating with positive local feedback.

- Organic waste processed on the farm rather than hauled off it
