Fully automatic intelligent control with automatic fault alarm means the machine is monitored rather than manned.

Quality control
Frames are fabricated, aligned and load-tested in the Suzhou plant before the control system is commissioned against the project specification. Each machine completes a loaded run, and lifting and installation drawings ship with it.
Customisation
Feeding systems, additional deodorisation, control integration and supply voltage are engineered per project. Upstream crushing, solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation can be integrated into the same line.
