Overview
From CR-2000 upward, a Creeks composter stops being a machine you position and becomes a system you design in. The industrial range covers 2, 3, 5 and 10 tonnes a day, with feeding arrangements, upstream crushing and separation, deodorisation strategy and control integration agreed before manufacture. The 10-tonne CR-10T is built in SUS304 throughout and holds fermentation between 65 and 75 degrees C with auxiliary heating.
Choosing within this range
Start from the tonnage the facility has to absorb on its busiest day, then work backwards through feeding, pre-treatment and discharge. CR-2000 to CR-5000 share the same architecture with larger frames and higher power. CR-10T is a different class - custom designed and built to suit the specific capacity requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Is the industrial range standard or custom?
CR-2000 to CR-5000 are standard frames engineered into the site. CR-10T facilities are custom-designed and built to suit specific needs and capacity requirements.
What power supply is required?
380 V, 50 Hz three phase - from 40 kW on CR-2000 to 160 kW on CR-10T.
Is pre-treatment included?
Crushing, solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation are engineered into the line where the input requires it, and are standard on the CR-10T.
How often is compost removed at this scale?
On CR-10T installations, compost is removed weekly and sent for conversion into a tailored organic fertilizer.
