The problem
Food manufacturing produces organic waste on a schedule - trim, reject product, washdown solids. That predictability is exactly what an on-site composting system is built for: consistent daily loading, a 12 to 24 hour cycle, and an organic fertilizer output that can be used or sold rather than paid to remove.
- Tonnage-based disposal costs on a daily, predictable waste stream
- Distance to the nearest organics facility
- Effluent and oil content in washdown waste
- Corporate carbon reporting across multiple production sites
Specification notes
Most plants land between CR-1000 and CR-3000. Where washdown carries oil and water, the CRO-300S separator or an engineered separation line goes in ahead of the composter.
Recommended machines
Four models that fit this sector. Capacity is the deciding factor - send us your daily weight and we will narrow it to one.

CR-1000 Composting Machine
1000 kg/day - one tonne of organic waste, on site, every day

CR-2000 Waste Fertilizer Machine
2000 kg/day industrial fertilizer system

CR-3000 Composting Equipment
3000 kg/day industrial composting equipment

Kitchen Waste Reduction Machine
CRO-300S three-phase separation - oil, water and solid residue
