CR-5000 is a five-tonne-a-day composting system: 80 kW on 380 V three phase, 6800 kg, 5470 x 3510 x 2730 mm. It runs microbial decomposition on a 12 to 24 hour cycle with at least 85% volume reduction, discharging organic fertilizer. Systems at this scale are designed into a facility - with a feeding arrangement, a deodorisation strategy and a maintenance plan agreed before manufacture.

Quality control
Structural fabrication and drive alignment are inspected in stages, the control system is built and tested against the project specification, and a loaded factory run is completed before the system is crated. Records are retained against the serial number.
Customisation
