Kitchen Waste Oil and Water Separation

Kitchen Waste Oil and Water Separation

Three-phase separation before anything else happens to the waste

Home/Solutions/Kitchen Waste Oil and Water Separation

What it is

Commercial kitchen waste is a mixture of oil, water and solids, and every downstream process works better when those three are separated first. The CRO-300S shreds and dehydrates 150-300 kg an hour while extracting oil automatically for recycling, draining water and discharging residue - which is also what keeps kitchen waste handling HACCP-compliant.

Suited to

  • Canteens, commercial kitchens and hot pot restaurants
  • Street food stalls and small-to-medium catering businesses
  • Factories, corporate offices and public institutions
  • Any site running a composter on oil-heavy input

How the process runs

  1. Kitchen waste is fed into the machine through the service period
  2. Shredding and dehydration run in a single pass
  3. Oil is extracted automatically, with an oil-full alarm
  4. Water is drained and replenished automatically
  5. Solid residue is discharged for composting or collection
