Details & Process
What we customize: bag printing (your company name, logo, product name, and specifications printed directly on the FIBC jumbo bags or 50kg woven bags), label cards (custom printed labels inserted into clear label holders on each bag), documentation (COA issued under your company name with your product codes while maintaining traceability to our production batch), and bag size (custom weight per bag to match your market requirements, within practical limits). Minimum order for private labeling: 5 containers (approximately 120 tons) per labeling design, to justify the bag printing setup cost. For smaller quantities, we apply custom printed labels to our standard bags — this has a lower minimum of 2 containers. Lead time: first order with custom printed bags requires 3-4 weeks additional time for bag production. Subsequent repeat orders use pre-printed bags from inventory — standard lead time. Confidentiality: we respect the commercial relationships of our private label customers. Your customers will not be able to trace the product back to our company through the packaging or documentation.
