Rejected work gets stripped, not scrapped
Electrolytic silver stripping removes the coating without damaging the substrate, so base parts are reusable and the silver is recovered as metal.
Fume is part of the process design
The plating station carries its own suction hood for cyanide waste gas, and the structure is built so the solution does not spill in the first place.
