Small Silver Stripping Machine
Electrolytic silver de-plating for a workshop bench, 0.5 to 0.8 tonnes of parts a day.

A 5 metre, six-basket, 2000 litre stripping line for plants that de-plate by the batch.
The industrial version of the same electrolytic process: 5 x 1.6 x 3 m, a 2000 litre PP tank, six stainless baskets of 80 x 20 x 80 cm on an iron overhead crane, and 10 kW at 380 V.
Once de-plating stops being an occasional job and becomes a shift, batch size is the constraint. Six large baskets over a 2000 litre bath means a plant can clear a day's rejects in one loading instead of cycling a small tank six times.

Six baskets over a 2000 litre bath processes significant volumes of silver-coated material in a single batch, which is where the labour saving against manual stripping comes from.
No chemical stripping bath to dispose of. Less reagent consumed, less toxic wastewater discharged, and filtration and neutralisation options available to meet discharge rules.
Complete removal of the silver layer without damaging the underlying material, which matters when the base part is going straight back into production.
Corrosion-resistant construction throughout, with overload protection and insulation on the electrical side so the machine can be run by operators of different skill levels.
The silver that comes off is ready for refining or direct reuse, which is the point of doing this in-house rather than selling scrap by weight.

Every photograph on this page is of the actual machine as supplied. Nothing here is a render.

Bath cleanliness, drag-out recovery and de-plating for plants running precious metal baths.
From mixed feed to a documented purity figure: 9999 silver, cathode copper, aqua regia gold dissolution.
The urban mine: gold, silver, palladium and platinum recovered from boards, connectors and leach liquor.
Same electrolytic principle, different scale. 2000 litres and six 80 x 20 x 80 cm baskets against four 60 x 28 x 60 cm baskets, 10 kW against 6 kW, and a 5 metre footprint against 2.5 metres.
The process is electrolytic rather than chemical, so it consumes far fewer reagents than a chemical stripping bath. Filtration and neutralisation options can be specified to bring discharge in line with local environmental requirements.
It comes off at high purity and is described as ready for refining or direct reuse. If you want it taken to 9999, pair it with the silver electrolysis refining machine.
Customisation on size, capacity and function is offered across the range. Tell us the batch weight you need to clear per shift.
Electrolytic silver de-plating for a workshop bench, 0.5 to 0.8 tonnes of parts a day.
80 to 92.5 percent scrap silver taken to 9999 on 10 percent dilute nitric acid alone.
Plating, recovery and cleaning in one enclosed cabinet instead of an open beaker.
Send your daily volume and feed grade and we will confirm the size, capacity and power that fits. Production and delivery normally 7 to 15 working days after order confirmation.
