Four Checks Between Order And Container
Material inspection
Incoming material is inspected before assembly. On the wetted parts that means PP, PVDF, titanium and quartz specified for the chemistry each machine will actually see.
Assembly testing
Subassemblies are tested during build. On the gold salt machine the electrolytic tank is water-tested for leaks several times, and only passed once it is completely water-proof, because the liquid it will hold is dissolved gold.
Final performance check
Each machine is tested before shipment. Video outgoing-inspection is listed as provided on most product records.
