How It Works In Practice
Send the problem, not the model number
Daily volume, feed grade, part geometry, floor space and supply voltage. That is enough to size a machine; a catalogue number on its own is not.
We come back with a specification
Tank size, capacity, rectifier rating, power and footprint, along with the ancillary equipment the process actually needs.
Drawings where the part decides it
Copper refining anodes are customised to drawings. Hanging trays and fixtures on the electroforming machines are made to the actual artifact.
Built, tested, shipped
Production and delivery normally run 7 to 15 working days after order confirmation; customised machines vary with complexity.
