How It Works In Practice
Acid fume
The acid burning cabinet carries an acid gas purification system with pH control, fan and water pump, rated above 98 percent purify efficiency. The titanium reactor's suction opening plus the matching purifier reaches 99 percent.
Cyanide gas
The silver salt machine integrates an extraction cabinet, vertical spray pump, PP nozzles, spray waste recovery cabinet and exhaust duct. The gold salt machine is quoted with a dedicated toxic gas treatment unit.
Liquid discharge
Electrolytic silver recovery brings residual silver in treated fixer below 20 mg/L. Resin adsorption generates no cyanide decomposition and the process water can often be reused.
Reagent reduction
Electrolytic stripping consumes far fewer chemicals than a chemical stripping bath, and the silver refining route runs on 10 percent dilute nitric acid alone.
