What We Make and Who It Is For
What We Make
Ultrasonic rail flaw detection vehicles, hand push detection trolleys, portable flaw detectors, rail weld detectors and track geometry measurement systems.
Who We Serve
State-owned railways, private and industrial lines, port and mining track, and urban metro operators.
The Problem We Solve
Transverse cracks and other internal rail defects cannot be seen from the surface. Our equipment finds them at operating speed and records the run so experts can decide where manual verification is needed.
Why Railways Choose Us
Founded by engineers with more than 20 years in ultrasonic rail testing instrumentation, inventor of the double track steel-rail flaw detector and co-developer of the hi-rail ultrasonic flaw detection vehicle, with more than a dozen invention patents.

What detection speeds do your systems work at?
The RT10-C hand push trolley works at 5 km/h, the UR18-D dual rail vehicle detects continuously at 15 km/h and the GT6600 hi-rail vehicle at 40 km/h.
Can two people operate your equipment?
Yes for the UR18-D. Its platform is a patented disassembled design with no module over 48 kg, so two people carry every part and assemble or disassemble it within five minutes.
What defects does ultrasonic rail testing find?
Primary and secondary waves are used to detect transverse cracks in the rail head and other internal defects that cannot be seen from the surface.
Do you supply equipment outside China?
Yes. Our dual-rail vehicle served city rail in Canada in 2017, our equipment worked on the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway in Kenya in 2018 and hand push carts serve Korea Railway.
Do you train the crew that will operate the equipment?
We provide pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical service, on-site technical training for engineers, practical training and construction team support.
How do I get a quotation?
Email [email protected] with your rail profile, line type and the annual kilometres you need to inspect and our engineers will reply with a configuration.
Tell Us About Your Line
Send us the rail profile, the line type and how many kilometres you inspect each year. Our engineers will come back with a configuration, not a brochure.
