What LL39 Is Built For
LL39 is an industrial tyre designed for use on forklifts, loaders, and compact industrial vehicles operating in warehousing, construction, and material handling environments. The tread pattern provides consistent grip and resistance to lateral slip during tight turns and uneven surface travel. It is built for stable performance under repeated loading and unloading cycles, with a focus on durability in high-traffic, low-speed operations. Available in six size and ply combinations, it supports a range of industrial vehicle platforms from small warehouse forklifts to medium-duty loaders.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Good wear and side slip resistance
- Stable performance
Key Benefits
- Good wear resistance extends casing life in high-frequency warehouse and yard operations
- Side slip resistance improves stability during tight turns and load shifts
- Stable performance under repeated loading and unloading cycles
- Six size and ply combinations cover common industrial vehicle fitments
- Tread depth ranges from 13.0 mm to 20.0 mm, supporting multiple wear cycles
Problems It Solves
- Tyres that wear quickly under repeated lateral movement in tight warehouse spaces
- Loss of control during turns due to poor side slip resistance on uneven or soft ground
- Inconsistent performance across different load levels and surface types
- Need to source multiple sizes from different suppliers with separate MOQs and paperwork
- Short casing life from inadequate tread depth or poor wear resistance in high-cycle environments
Who It Is For
- Industrial equipment distributors supplying forklifts and loaders in Asia, Africa, and South America
- Fleet operators managing small to medium industrial vehicle fleets in logistics and construction

- Importers seeking a single supplier for mixed industrial tyre orders across different sizes
Application Scenarios
- Warehouse forklifts moving pallets in tight aisles with frequent directional changes
- Construction site loaders transporting materials on uneven ground and gravel surfaces
- Yard trucks moving containers between storage and loading docks with repeated starts and stops
- Material handling vehicles operating on concrete, asphalt, and compacted soil
- Industrial vehicles requiring consistent traction and stability in confined, high-traffic zones
Technical Features

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With General-purpose industrial tyres without side slip resistance
LL39 provides better lateral stability during tight turns and load shifts, reducing the risk of skidding on uneven or soft surfaces
Compared With Tyres with lower tread depth (e.g. 10 mm or less)
LL39’s tread depth ranges from 13.0 mm to 20.0 mm, supporting longer service life in high-cycle operations
Compared With Single-size tyre orders from multiple suppliers
A mixed container of LL39 across sizes avoids multiple MOQs, separate paperwork, and fragmented shipping
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to your vehicle’s actual axle load; overspecifying increases cost and ride hardness
- Check the standard rim listed against your wheel: 5.00F for 6.50-10NHS, 5.50S for 7.00-15NHS, 7.0 for 8.15-15NHS and 28×9-15NHS, 4.33R for 18×7-8NHS
- Inflate to the pressure shown for your load in the size table; dual and single fitment pressures differ
- Inspect tread and sidewall for wear after every 100 hours of operation, especially on uneven surfaces
- Rotate tyres between positions before irregular wear sets in, particularly on vehicles with one-sided load patterns
LL39 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of LL39 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
6.50-10NHS (10 and 14 PR), 7.00-15NHS (12 PR), 8.15-15NHS (12 PR), 18×7-8NHS (16 PR), 28×9-15NHS (12 and 14 PR). Full load, pressure, and dimension data is in the size table.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled directly by us. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other industrial tyres?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several industrial tyre sizes and patterns, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
Is this tyre suitable for off-road use?
It is designed for industrial use on paved, compacted, and light off-road surfaces such as warehouse floors, construction yards, and gravel access roads.
