Wire drawing
Low carbon rod is drawn down to the ordered wire gauge.
Coating

Welding
Wires are cross-welded into flat panels on automatic welding lines.
Ribbing and cutting
Horizontal ribs are pressed in and panels cut to the ordered height.
Bundling
Panels are stacked, edge-protected and strapped for container loading.

Four: 2405x1270, 2405x1570, 2405x1720 and 2405x2000 mm. All four use 2440 mm post centres, and the matching pole heights are 1500, 1850, 2130 and 2450 mm.
Should I order galvanized before welding or after welding?
