See the specificationFive Buyers Who Each Ask A Different First Question
Building material distributors, interior fit-out contractors, hotel and hospitality buyers, facade and landscape contractors, and furniture factories buying bed slats by the container.

Building Material Distributors
Importers and wholesalers stocking wall and floor lines who need sections that repeat order after order and a range wide enough to quote most jobs from one supplier.
See what they specify
Interior Fit-Out Contractors
Contractors panelling rooms against a programme, who need panels that arrive finished, cut to the module and detailing the same way on every wall.
See what they specify
Hotel And Hospitality Buyers
Procurement teams fitting rooms, corridors and public areas, where the finish has to survive constant traffic, pass indoor air quality criteria and look the same in phase two as in phase one.
See what they specify
Furniture And Bed Manufacturers
Bed and sofa factories buying slats by the container, where a broken slat becomes a warranty return and a drifting dimension jams the assembly line.
See what they specify
Facade And Landscape Contractors
Contractors cladding elevations and building terraces, where the client will not fund a maintenance programme and the material has to hold colour and dimension outdoors.
See what they specifyPanels Fail For Three Reasons And All Three Are Specification Decisions
Most decoration material complaints come down to three things: a panel that moves because the material was wrong for the room, a section that does not match the drawing so the joints never close, and a finish that fades or peels because the surface was added after the fact rather than built in. Every range here is published with its section, its material blend and how the surface is applied.
What Usually Goes Wrong
- A panel specified on price and a photograph, with no published section to check it against
- An interior panel used on an elevation, where it has no co-extruded weather skin
- A section quoted for the range and never tied to the code on the order
- Two deliveries of the same code that do not match in colour on one wall
- A fluted panel sold as acoustic treatment, with no felt behind the slats to absorb anything
What This Manufacturer Publishes Instead
- One supplier across wall, floor and bed slat lines, with customised sections and lengths, ten self-operated and cooperative factories behind the volume, and specifications published rather than promised.
- The section and the length published per code, not per range name
- The material blend published, so two quotations can actually be compared
- Customisation stated as what can be cut and matched, not as a slogan
Six Stages From Compound To Bundled And Loaded Boards
These are the six stages the panel and slat lines run through, and the specific field failure each one exists to prevent.
Extrusion
A section that drifts mid-run turns into cutting waste and joints that will not close on site.
The wood flour and polymer compound is extruded through the profile die and pulled to the published section.
Co-extrusion
A surface layer added after the fact peels; one laid down in the same pass does not.
The weather resistant skin is co-extruded onto the board body in the same pass as the core.
Hot and cold pressing
A veneer that lifts at the edge shows up months after the wall is handed over.
The decor veneer is laminated to the panel face and bonded under hot then cold pressing.
Side slotting
Butt joints open and show a shadow line; a slotted edge holds the run in line.
The panel edges are machined with the interlocking side slot after pressing.
Inspection
A dimension checked after packing is a dimension checked too late.
Section, colour and surface are checked against the order spec during the run, not only at the end.
Packing and loading
Edge damage in transit is the most common reason a panel order is rejected on arrival.
Boards are bundled, film wrapped or cartoned and palletised for container loading.
Six Application Scenarios With The Specification Decisions Behind Them
Client names, locations, quantities and contract values are not published by the manufacturer, so none are stated here. Each page describes what the factory's own photograph shows and what the published specification supports.

Choosing A Wall Panel By Room Condition
Eight wall panel ranges look like eight choices. They are really three questions asked in order.
Read the stage by stage guideSpecifying Indoor Against Outdoor WPC
Both are wood plastic composite. Only one of them has a weather skin, and that is the whole difference.
Read the stage by stage guideChoosing Between SPC And LVT Flooring
Rigid core or flexible plank. The substrate and the traffic decide it, not the decor.
Read the stage by stage guideSpecifying Bed Slats For A Frame Programme
Slat failures are frame failures. Spec them from the load and the frame drawing, not from the price list.
Read the stage by stage guideEight Guides For People Who Specify Panels And Floors
How the room decides the panel material, what co-extrusion does that a bonded surface cannot, why a slat panel absorbs sound and a fluted one does not, what separates SPC from LVT, what drives the cost of a panel order, and how bed slats are specified from a frame drawing. Every figure quoted comes from a specification published on this site.

How to Choose a Wall Panel by the Room It Goes In
Eight wall panel ranges, one decision tree. The room condition decides the material, and the finish is the last thing to pick, not the first.
