LVT Flooring
LVT flooring in 1.5-5mm with 0.07-0.7mm wear layer, 184x950mm and 177.8x1219mm planks, 100% virgin material. Wood and stone decors for hotel retail and residential.

Product Overview
LVT flooring is a luxury vinyl tile built from 100% virgin material in 1.5 to 5mm thicknesses with a 0.07 to 0.7mm wear layer. Standard sizes are 184x950mm, 152.4x914.4mm and 177.8x1219mm, or cut to your spec. The print film reproduces hardwood, stone and ceramic surfaces, so a hotel or retail fit-out gets the look it specified at a fraction of the material and installation cost of the real thing.
Key Benefits
- Wear layer selectable from 0.07 to 0.7mm so residential and heavy commercial traffic each get the right spec
- 1.5 to 5mm thickness range covers glue down, loose lay and click formats
- 100% virgin material, no recycled filler that causes brittleness and colour drift
- Three stock plank sizes including 177.8x1219mm for a wide plank hardwood look
- Dimensionally stable underfoot with a quiet, warm walking surface

Use Guide
- Install on a clean, dry and level substrate.
- Match the wear layer to traffic: thinner layers for residential, the heavier end for commercial floors.
- Let the material acclimatise before laying.
Quality Control
- Wear layer thickness verified per production lot
- Plank size and squareness checked against the size drawing
- Print film register and colour matched to the approved sample
- Packed carton count and plank condition checked before sealing
Materials
- 100% virgin material, with no recycled filler in the plank body.
- Decor print film reproducing hardwood, stone and ceramic surfaces.
- Wear layer from 0.07 to 0.7mm over the decor, selected by traffic class.
Manufacturing Process
- ['Hot and cold pressing', 'A veneer that lifts at the edge shows up months after the wall is handed over.', 'The decor veneer is laminated to the panel face and bonded under hot then cold pressing.']
- ['UV coating', 'An uncured or uneven coat scuffs under cleaning within the first season.', 'The UV coating is applied over the wear layer and cured in line.']
- ['Inspection', 'A dimension checked after packing is a dimension checked too late.', 'Section, colour and surface are checked against the order spec during the run, not only at the end.']
- ['Packing and loading', 'Edge damage in transit is the most common reason a panel order is rejected on arrival.', 'Boards are bundled, film wrapped or cartoned and palletised for container loading.']
Certification Standards
Production follows REACH. Certificates are sent per product on request rather than posted publicly, because the documents a shipment needs depend on the destination market.
Customisation Options
- Plank size outside the three stock formats
- Wear layer chosen for your traffic class
- Decor film selected from wood, stone and ceramic patterns
- OEM cartons, labels and display samples
How It Compares With The Alternatives
A technical comparison against other ways of solving the same problem. Nothing here is a performance claim against a named competitor product.
| Against the alternative material | Against engineered hardwood, LVT is water tolerant and far cheaper per square metre. Against SPC, LVT is more flexible and softer underfoot, which suits glue down commercial floors, while SPC gives a more rigid board for uneven substrates. |
| Against a panel sold without a published section | This product publishes 184x950mm; 152.4x914.4mm; 177.8x1219mm or customized. A supplier quoting a range name and a photograph is asking you to discover the section after the container arrives, which is where cutting waste and joints that will not close come from. |
| Against a quotation that does not state the material | The blend here is published as 100% virgin material. Two quotations cannot be compared until both state what is actually in the board. |
| Against the rest of this range | See the LVT Flooring page for what this range does that the others do not, and the related products below for the nearest alternatives. |
