Product Overview

WPC decking is an extruded board of 60% wood fibre, 30% HDPE and 10% additives, supplied in 140x25mm profiles at 2.4m, 2.9m, 3m and 5.4m lengths or cut to your run. It gives a terrace the grain and footfeel of timber without the annual sanding, oiling and board replacement that kills margin on outdoor projects. Because the wood flour is locked inside a plastic matrix, the board does not drink water, so it will not cup, splinter or feed termites the way softwood decking does.

Key Benefits

  • Moisture proof and water resistant through the full board thickness, not a surface coating
  • UV and termite resistant, so coastal and tropical projects do not need a yearly refinish budget
  • 140x25mm section in fixed 2.4/2.9/3/5.4m lengths keeps cutting waste predictable on repeat jobs
  • Hollow chambered profile lowers shipping weight per square metre versus solid timber
  • Recyclable HDPE and wood fibre content supports green building specifications

Who It Is For

  • Building material importers, landscape contractors and outdoor furniture assemblers who need a decking board that survives rain, sun and insects with no site maintenance programme.

Problems It Solves

Application Scenarios

  • Hotel pool decks and roof terraces

Use Guide

  • Install over a levelled joist grid with clips at the board edges, leave an expansion gap at board ends and along walls, and keep the substructure ventilated so water drains away.
  • Clean with water and a soft brush.

Quality Control

  • Section and thickness checked against the 140x25mm profile drawing on every extrusion run
  • Colour matched batch to batch before packing
  • Surface checked for extrusion marks, voids and edge chipping
  • Packing inspection for board count, length and edge protection

Materials

  • 30% HDPE, 60% wood fibre and 10% additive, mixed and extruded as one board.
  • Hollow chambered section, which is where the weight saving over solid timber comes from.
  • Embossed and brushed wood grain surfaces available on the same body.

Manufacturing Process

  • ['Extrusion', 'A section that drifts mid-run turns into cutting waste and joints that will not close on site.', 'The wood flour and polymer compound is extruded through the profile die and pulled to the published section.']
  • ['Inspection', 'A dimension checked after packing is a dimension checked too late.', 'Section, colour and surface are checked against the order spec during the run, not only at the end.']
  • ['Packing and loading', 'Edge damage in transit is the most common reason a panel order is rejected on arrival.', 'Boards are bundled, film wrapped or cartoned and palletised for container loading.']

Certification Standards

Production follows . Certificates are sent per product on request rather than posted publicly, because the documents a shipment needs depend on the destination market.

Customisation Options

  • Board length cut to your project run instead of stock lengths
  • Wood grain embossing and brushed surface options
  • Colour matched to your sample or existing installation
  • OEM packaging, labelling and barcode
Comparison

How It Compares With The Alternatives

A technical comparison against other ways of solving the same problem. Nothing here is a performance claim against a named competitor product.

Against the alternative materialAgainst natural hardwood decking, WPC holds its dimensions in wet weather and needs no oiling. Against solid WPC boards, the hollow chambered profile ships lighter and costs less per square metre, which matters on full container orders.
Against a panel sold without a published sectionThis product publishes 140x25mm or customized. A supplier quoting a range name and a photograph is asking you to discover the section after the container arrives, which is where cutting waste and joints that will not close come from.
Against a quotation that does not state the materialThe blend here is published as 30% HDPE, 60% wood fibre, 10% additive. Two quotations cannot be compared until both state what is actually in the board.

Questions

WPC Decking Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantity depends on profile and colour. Send us your project square metres and we will confirm the workable minimum and the container loading.
Can you cut the boards to a length other than 2.4, 2.9, 3 or 5.4m?
Yes. Length is customizable. Give us your run length and we extrude and cut to it to cut your site waste.
What is the material composition?
30% HDPE, 60% wood fibre and 10% additive.
Does the colour fade outdoors?
The boards are UV resistant. Like any outdoor surface they settle to a slightly softer tone in the first months and then stay stable.
How is it packed for export?
Boards are bundled, film wrapped and palletised for container loading. Tell us your port and we will quote the loading plan.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the colours you want to see and we will arrange sample pieces.
