SPC And LVT Across A Multi-Room Rollout
An application scenario built from the factory's own photographs of packed flooring planks.
The Challenge
A rollout covering dry rooms, wet rooms and corridors, where one decor has to run through all of them and the substrates are not equally flat.

What Was Specified
SPC in the wet rooms and over the less even substrates, LVT with a heavy wear layer where the screed is flat and a glue down floor is wanted, with the decor matched across both so the rooms read as one floor.
The Result
One decor across the rollout, with the construction chosen per room instead of per order.

How Work Like This Is Built
Survey substrate flatness room by room
The floor cannot hide what nobody measured.
Flatness is recorded before either product is assigned.
Assign SPC or LVT per room
Construction follows the substrate and the water.
SPC in wet rooms and over uneven bases, LVT on flat screed.
Match the decor across both
One rollout should read as one floor.
The same decor is specified on both constructions.
Select the wear layer by traffic
Wear layer is what wears through, not thickness.
Corridors take the heavy end of the 0.07 to 0.7mm range.
Order phases against one reference
Phase two has to match phase one.
Later phases quote the original order reference for batch matching.
