Product Overview

UV marble sheet is a PVC and calcium carbonate board finished with a UV cured decorative surface, supplied 2.5, 2.8 and 3mm thick in 1220x2440mm sheets. It gives walls, ceilings, countertops and furniture a marble, wood grain or printed finish that is lightweight, waterproof and easy to cut on site, without the weight, breakage and stone fixing work that real marble slabs demand.

Key Benefits

  • Full 1220x2440mm sheet covers large wall areas with few joints
  • 2.5, 2.8 and 3mm options for wall, ceiling and furniture facing work
  • Waterproof, flame retardant, mildew proof, insect proof and formaldehyde free
  • Light enough for one installer to handle, unlike stone slabs
  • Wood grain, marble finish and printed finish series for design flexibility

Use Guide

  • Cut with standard woodworking tools, bond to a flat substrate with adhesive, and finish edges with matching profile trim.
  • Clean with a soft damp cloth; no abrasive pads.

Quality Control

  • Sheet thickness checked at 2.5, 2.8 and 3mm across the board
  • UV coating gloss and cure uniformity inspected
  • Pattern register and colour matched to the approved sample
  • Sheet flatness and edge condition checked before packing

Materials

  • PVC with calcium carbonate and additives as the sheet body.
  • UV cured decorative surface, not a laminated foil.
  • Wood grain, marble finish and printed finish decor series.

Manufacturing Process

  • ['Hot and cold pressing', 'A veneer that lifts at the edge shows up months after the wall is handed over.', 'The decor veneer is laminated to the panel face and bonded under hot then cold pressing.']
  • ['UV coating', 'An uncured or uneven coat scuffs under cleaning within the first season.', 'The UV coating is applied over the wear layer and cured in line.']
  • ['Inspection', 'A dimension checked after packing is a dimension checked too late.', 'Section, colour and surface are checked against the order spec during the run, not only at the end.']
  • ['Packing and loading', 'Edge damage in transit is the most common reason a panel order is rejected on arrival.', 'Boards are bundled, film wrapped or cartoned and palletised for container loading.']

Certification Standards

Production follows . Certificates are sent per product on request rather than posted publicly, because the documents a shipment needs depend on the destination market.

Customisation Options

  • Pattern chosen from wood grain, marble finish and printed finish series
  • Thickness selected for wall, ceiling or furniture use
  • Sheet cut to size for repeat panel layouts
  • OEM packaging and sample sets
Comparison

How It Compares With The Alternatives

A technical comparison against other ways of solving the same problem. Nothing here is a performance claim against a named competitor product.

Against the alternative materialAgainst natural marble, the sheet is lighter, does not crack in handling and arrives colour consistent across the order. Against acrylic sheet, the PVC and CaCO3 body is more rigid and carries the UV cured finish directly.
Against a panel sold without a published sectionThis product publishes 1220 x 2440mm. A supplier quoting a range name and a photograph is asking you to discover the section after the container arrives, which is where cutting waste and joints that will not close come from.
Against a quotation that does not state the materialThe blend here is published as PVC + CaCO3 + additive. Two quotations cannot be compared until both state what is actually in the board.
