WOOCAN GROUP LTD
WOOCAN is a supplier of new building materials covering home decoration and furniture components. What the group makes
Three product families: indoor and outdoor flooring, indoor and outdoor wall decorative panels, and LVL boards for beds and sofas along with other plywood for furniture. On this site that becomes twelve ranges and twenty products, from 160mm fluted interior panels to 140x25mm decking and FSC certified birch bed slats.
Manufacturing across ten factories
Panels are extruded to the published section, veneer laminated under hot and cold pressing, side slotted where the profile calls for it, UV coated where the range carries a UV finish, and bed slats are laid up as laminated veneer lumber and formed to camber where the frame needs it. Working across self-operated and cooperative factories is what lets one order cover wall, floor and slat lines.

The company describes an established quality control team covering every production step, and a service set that includes free samples, customised production, order tracking, online guidance, quality assurance and after-sales service. Section, colour and surface are checked during the run against the order specification rather than only at packing.
Customisation as the normal case
Width, depth, length and colour are customizable across the WPC panel ranges; LVT and SPC plank sizes and wear layers are selected per project; bed slats are cut to the frame drawing with end profiling for your holders. Cutting to a project module rather than a stock length is the single change that removes the most waste from a site.
