What We Make

Modules, Generators, Assemblies And Materials

295 catalogue part numbers across TEC cooling modules, TES micro modules, TEA aluminium substrate modules and TEG generators, plus the Bi2Te3 and PbTe material they are built from.

Who We Serve

OEMs Who Ship Real Products

Consumer electronics, life science, industrial equipment, telecommunications, aerospace and defense and automotive customers in the UK, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada, South America, South Korea and Australia.

What Problem We Solve

Precise Temperature Without A Compressor

Cooling below ambient, heating on the same device, stable set points, any mounting orientation, no refrigerant, no noise and no vibration, in spaces where mechanical refrigeration cannot go.

Why Buy From Us

We Grow The Material Ourselves

Quality control runs from raw material procurement through crystal growth, pellet selection and module assembly to dispatch. Every product is 100 % tested. ISO 9001 certified.

Why Customers Choose Us

Three Technologies That Decide Module Life

Anti-Copper Diffusion

Effective anti-copper element diffuse technology prolongs module life from the normal 200,000 hours to 300,000 hours, and lets modules endure frequent forward and reverse pulse strikes.

Plating And Soldering

Nickel and stannum electroplating and patented soldering techniques let our modules work in normal, medium and high temperature ranges at maximum 139, 183, 235, 320 and 500 °C.

Vacuum Anti-Humidity Process

The vacuum anti-humidity process guards module components against water and moisture penetration, allowing applications in rigorous conditions. All modules are RoHS compliant.

How a thermoelectric module moves heat Direct current passes through alternating P-type and N-type bismuth telluride pellets between two ceramic plates. Heat is absorbed at the cold plate and released at the hot plate. Cold side — heat absorbed (Tc) Hot side — heat rejected to sink (Th) PNPNPNPN DC current

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does EVERREDtronics actually manufacture?

Thermoelectric cooling modules (TEC and TES series), aluminium substrate modules (TEA), thermoelectric generators (TEG), thermal management assemblies and the Bi2Te3 and PbTe thermoelectric material itself. The material is grown in our own furnaces, which is unusual for a module supplier.

How large is your production capacity?

Annual production capacity has reached 3.0 million devices. The company has more than 300 employees including 50 technicians, on a site of 6,726 square metres with a construction area of 6,396.59 square metres.

Are your modules certified?

The company has passed ISO 9001 international quality certification and SGS European Union certification. All thermoelectric modules are RoHS compliant, and every product is 100 % tested and inspected using equipment from an American thermoelectric company.

Which countries do you export to?

Our products are mainly sold to European countries such as the UK, Spain and Italy, and to the USA, Canada, South America, South Korea and Australia. They are also available in the domestic Chinese market.

Can you build a module that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. We supply standard and micro modules in more than one hundred different specifications and produce modules to customer specification. Aluminium substrate tooling takes one to two weeks, ceramic about four.

How do I get a quotation?

Message us on WhatsApp or send an e-mail with the part number or the duty point. We do not use web forms. Messages go straight to the engineering desk and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Beijing time.

Send Us Your Duty Point

Heat load, temperatures, footprint and supply. That is enough for us to name the part numbers that fit, or tell you honestly that thermoelectric is the wrong answer.

No forms. Messages reach our engineering desk directly. Reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Beijing time.
