What is the difference between the 500 and 800 models?
The 500 runs 470 mm at 200 m per minute, the 800 runs 780 mm at 150 m per minute. Choose by format width first.
Which honeycomb machine should we start with?
The EM-PH600 forming machine if roll changes are infrequent, the automatic machine if the rewinder is your bottleneck, and the fully automatic machine if you also want the shaft pulled and the label pasted.
What is the minimum paper weight for paper bubble?
60 gsm on the roll machines. The sheet machine runs 80 gsm to 180 gsm.
Why buy the rewinder as well as the cushion machine?
Pressing quality depends on flat clean paper with no folds, wrinkles, holes or grit. The rewinder produces that and lays up the two layer web.
What strand widths can the machine cut?
3 mm as standard. 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm are available by changing the module.
Which machine gives the fastest return in a fulfilment centre?
Usually the fanfold folder, because void fill is the highest volume item on a packing bench and the finished stacks are bulky and expensive to buy in.
