Is paper cushioning strong enough for electronics?
Paper bubble and paper cushion pads are used for electronics, glassware and ceramics. Two ply cushion paper gives a stronger effect than single ply where the item is heavier.
Can we make void fill from our own kraft trim?
Yes. The EM-PS500 shreds sheets from 14 gsm to 350 gsm, which covers most trim and offcut stock.
Which machine suits a high volume packing operation?
The EM-PB800 paper bubble machine at 800 mm wide and 1000 mm finished roll diameter means fewer roll changes at the bench.
