The EM-PH600 Kraft Honeycomb Paper Forming Machine unwinds, die cuts and rewinds honeycomb paper in a single process. The cut web expands into a hexagonal cell structure that stretches around a product and cushions it without scratching the surface, which is why it replaces plastic bubble wrap for fruit, flowers, ceramics and glassware. It runs paper from 70 g to 100 g at a speed adjustable from zero to 200 m per minute.

Quality Control
