Product Overview
The EM-PB800 embosses kraft paper between vertical upper and lower concave-convex rollers to form the bubble structure, heats it electrically to set the emboss, and rewinds the finished material into a roll up to 1000 mm in diameter. It takes paper from 60 gsm upward at up to 800 mm wide and runs at zero to 60 m per minute. The output is the roll of paper bubble wrap that e-commerce packing stations use in place of plastic film.
