Product Overview
The EM-PH800 is built around a customer requirement for filter media rather than packaging. It die cuts flame resistant or flame retardant kraft paper up to 700 mm wide and rewinds it into a roll that is used as filter material. The frame is deliberately longer between the die cutting module and the rewinder so that a stitching or sewing machine can be added into the process. The same machine still runs plain honeycomb and mesh paper for packaging work.

Can this machine make ordinary honeycomb packaging paper as well?
Yes. Run without the pulling and cutting stage and the finished paper rewinds directly onto the air shaft as honeycomb or mesh kraft for packaging.
Why is the rewinding diameter different for flame retardant paper?
Standard rewinding diameter is zero to 300 mm. For flame retardant paper the machine is built to rewind up to 600 mm.
Can we add our own stitching machine?
Yes. The gap between the die cutting module and the rewinding device is lengthened for exactly that, so a stitching or sewing machine can be fitted into the process.
What is the maximum working width?
700 mm material width, with unwinding up to 1200 mm diameter and a 1 tonne roll.
