Project Challenge
A bulk order of the same machine type for two very different destinations means the build has to be repeated consistently while still meeting different electrical supply requirements and different finished paper formats.

Our Solution
The machines were built on the standard honeycomb platform with the power supply made to each destination requirement, and the finished width set within the 515 mm maximum to each customer's format. Demo machines kept in the workshop were used to walk installation through online rather than relying on written instructions.
Manufacturing Process
- Frames and die cutting modules built to the standard honeycomb specification
- Power supply built to each destination's voltage, phase and frequency
- Rewinding shaft supplied to match each customer's core stock
- Machines run in and test produced in the workshop before crating
Supply Chain Coordination
All machines were built at the Ruian workshop and crated for sea freight from Zhejiang, with the workshop photograph of the completed batch taken before despatch.
Quality Control
Each machine was run in the workshop before shipment, with the web guiding, die cut pattern and meter counting checked on test production rather than only on assembly.
Final Result
The batch shipped as a single bulk order to customers in Europe and South America, and is recorded on the old Emerson site as the workshop reference for honeycomb paper making machine production.
Customer Benefit
Each customer received a machine built to their own electrical supply and paper format, with installation supported over video from a demo machine of the same type.
