Supply From Our Own Production Base
Dakings owns the Jinshan Industrial Park base in Linzi District, Zibo, where cumene hydroperoxide and dicumyl peroxide are produced. Installation of the plant and equipment there completed on 17 October after nearly two years of investment and construction, and capacity doubles once the expanded base runs.
How It Works
Specification agreed
You send the content band, active oxygen requirement and packing. We confirm against the published quality index before anything is scheduled.
Production at Jinshan
The peroxide grades are made at our own base rather than sourced from a third party, so the production window is ours to schedule.
In-house quality control
Every step from raw material selection to the final production stage is inspected and tested before release.
DG packing
25 kg HDPE drum, 200 kg HDPE bucket, 1000 kg IBC for liquids; cartoned 4x5 kg bags for DCP flake. Packing can follow your own handling equipment.
Documents and shipment
SDS and COA travel with the lot. Warehousing and logistics are part of the same company, so the handover does not cross a third party.

Which products do you actually manufacture?
The organic peroxides — cumene hydroperoxide and dicumyl peroxide — are produced at our Jinshan base in Linzi District, Zibo. The remaining families are supplied through our distribution and warehousing platform.
When did the Jinshan expansion complete?
Installation of the factory and equipment completed on 17 October after nearly two years of investment and construction. Production from the expanded base was expected in 2024, with capacity doubling.
Does producing in-house change the paperwork?
It changes where the numbers come from. The active oxygen content, SADT and half-life temperature on your certificate are measured in our own quality control system.
Can we visit the production base?
