A1426 TDAE Rubber Plasticizer Aromatic Base Mineral Oil
A1426 is the lighter of our two TDAE grades, a treated distillate aromatic extract engineered as the environmentally friendly replacement for traditional DAE. It is a dark green viscous liquid with low volatility and good high temperature resistance, and it keeps the sum of eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons far below the regulatory ceiling — the reported lot measured 0.97 mg/kg against a 10 mg/kg limit.

Its 8PAHs result is also lower at 0.97 against 2.76 mg/kg. Choose A1426 for lighter processing, A1820 where more aromatic softening is needed.
