Dangerous Goods Packing and Export
Most of what Dakings ships is DG cargo — peroxides, halogenated hydrocarbons, flammable alcohols and aldehydes. The packing decision is made before the offer, not after the booking, because it changes the routing and the documents.
How It Works
Classify the product
Peroxides, halogenated intermediates and flammable solvents are stored and transported under dangerous goods regulations. PMA for instance is packed by ISO tank, coating drum or IBC and stocked as DG cargo.
Choose the unit
Galvanised iron drum at 165 kg, 175-180 kg drum, 220-230 kg iron or plastic drum, 25 kg bag, HDPE drum and bucket, IBC, ISO tank, flexitank or tank truck, matched to the product.
Brace and load
Drums and totes are palletised, strapped and dunnaged inside the container so the load does not shift on the water.
Bonded port handover
Our address is in the Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area within the Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone, which is where export documentation is completed.
Documents with the lot
SDS and COA are issued per product. Tell us the destination and we confirm the paperwork set before the container is booked.

Can you ship in flexitank or ISO tank?
Yes for the products that support it. TDAE moves by tank container and flexitank; triethyl citrate and dibasic ester are offered in ISO tank and flexitank as well as drums; several solvents are available in ISO tank or by tank truck.
What is the standard drum size?
It depends on the product: 165 kg galvanised iron drum for most solvents, 175 kg for 1-chlorobutane, 180 kg for the bromopropanes and 1,4-dichlorobutane, 220 kg for dibasic ester, 230 kg for triethyl citrate, 25 kg HDPE drum or 200 kg HDPE bucket or 1000 kg IBC for cumyl hydroperoxide.

Most of the range states that packing can be arranged according to user requirements. Send your drum or tote standard and we will confirm before quoting.
