Product Overview
The HEC10 essential oil plant is used in the production of Chinese medicines, health products, biological drugs, cosmetics and food. It applies biological and chemical separation technique, extracting plant components efficiently by steam distillation, with a good effect on collecting essential oil from plants.
Heating is indirect, through heat-transfer oil. Under clean, safe, atmospheric conditions the plant reaches 100°C quickly, and where the material calls for it a vacuum pump can be added so that the extraction speed of the essential oil rises.
The layout is deliberately compact. The whole machine covers only about 1.5 square metres, and one person can operate it, which makes it a practical first distillation plant for a farm, a workshop or a product development room.

Materials And Construction
Wetted parts on the supercritical CO2 systems are stainless steel throughout: pipe parts, valves and pipelines. Laboratory vessels are borosilicate glass 3.3, also known as GG-17. Pressure vessels are designed to the related national standard and rule demand and carry an overpressure protection system with sufficient safety valves.

Customization Options
Machines are supplied from 0.5L to 200L, and a larger capacity machine can be customised according to your request. On the distillation plants the volume of the pot is built according to the demand of the customer. Use Guide
- 1Load the prepared botanical into the distillation pot and close the lid.
- 2Start the heat-transfer oil heating and bring the pot up to distillation temperature.
- 3Where the material is heat sensitive, connect the vacuum pump before starting the run.
- 4Condense the vapour through the condenser and collect oil and hydrosol in the separator.
- 5Drain the separator, empty the spent botanical and prepare the next charge.
