Product Overview

The BETTER HEC30 jasmine essential oil extract machine is used in the production of Chinese medicines, health products, biological drugs, cosmetics and food. It uses technology and chemical separation to extract plant components efficiently by steam distillation, and has a good effect on collecting essential oil from plants.

Jasmine is one of the more demanding flowers to distil. The 0.72m2 condensing area is generous for a 30L pot, which keeps the vapour path cool and helps protect the delicate top notes that give jasmine its value.

The volume of the distillation pot is built according to the demand of the customer, so 30L is a starting point rather than a fixed limit.

Materials And Construction

Wetted parts on the supercritical CO2 systems are stainless steel throughout: pipe parts, valves and pipelines. Laboratory vessels are borosilicate glass 3.3, also known as GG-17. Pressure vessels are designed to the related national standard and rule demand and carry an overpressure protection system with sufficient safety valves.

Use Guide

  1. 1Charge the flower material into the 30L pot without packing it too tightly.
  2. 2Bring the pot to distillation temperature with the 5.5kW heater.
  3. 3Let the vapour pass through the condenser and collect oil and hydrosol.
  4. 4Separate the oil from the hydrosol and decant into a clean vessel.
  5. 5Clean the pot and condenser between botanicals to avoid carry-over of aroma.
