From Requirement To Delivery

Each stage in the order it happens, so you can see where your decisions are needed and where ours are.

1 Requirement analysis Two things start every quotation: the raw material you will process, and the production capacity you need per batch. Everything else is engineered around those two answers.
2 Extraction trial An extraction test can be run with your raw material. Videos and pictures of the trial are sent to you for reference before anything is built.
3 Process parameters The trial defines the specific extraction process parameters: pressure, temperature, solvent ratio, cycle time and the separation stages.
4 Engineering design The line is laid out around those parameters, the batch size and the space available in your building.
5 Manufacturing Equipment is manufactured in the plant extraction factory. Every procedure and detail is inspected, which is why a supercritical CO2 machine takes around 60 workdays.
6 Assembly and testing The machine is assembled and tested before packing, so it has already been run before it is crated.
7 Packing and shipping Machines are packed in plywood cases for export.
8 Installation and training Installation support and engineer training are provided on site, and online video guidance is available for smaller issues afterwards.
