1 Bench trial Rotary evaporator, jacketed glass reactor and short path distiller are used to establish the basic recipe.
2 Extraction test on your material A test is run with your raw material and the results are shared as videos and pictures.
3 Parameter definition Pressure, temperature, solvent ratio and cycle time are fixed from the trial data.
4 Capacity calculation Batch size and cycle time are converted into a daily and monthly output figure.
5 Equipment sizing Machines from 0.5L to 200L are available, and larger capacity is customised on request.
6 Production build The production system is manufactured, assembled, tested and installed against those parameters.
