Terms and documents
The problem. A quotation without the trade term attached is not comparable to any other quotation.
How we handle it. Price is quoted FOB Xiamen or CIF to your port, stated on the offer, with payment by T/T or L/C.
Mould preparation
The problem. A tool that travels without its circuits plugged arrives with rust in the cooling lines.
How we handle it. Water and hydraulic circuits are blown out and plugged, surfaces are oiled, and the mould is strapped to a fumigated pallet.
Parts packing
The problem. Cosmetic moulded parts rub against each other in transit and arrive scuffed.
How we handle it. Cosmetic faces are bagged or interleaved and the carton pattern is fixed before the first shipment rather than improvised each time.
Shipment and handover
The problem. Documents that follow the goods hold the container at the destination port.
How we handle it. Packing list, invoice and the mould or part documentation are issued with the shipment, not after it.

Which port do you ship from?
Xiamen. The plant is in the Xiang An Torch Hi-tech Industrial Area, so the mould or the cartons reach the port the same day they leave the building.
What payment terms do you work on?
