Why is there no enquiry form on this website?
Because tooling enquiries need attachments. A model and a drawing in an email get a useful answer; a set of text boxes does not. Email and phone go to the same people either way.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day for an enquiry that arrives with a model. Office hours are Mon-Sat 08:30-18:00 GMT+8.
Which language should I write in?
English is fine. The export side of the business has been working in English with customers in Europe and Japan since the early years of the company.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement before we send a part?
Yes. Send it with the first email and we will return it signed before you send the model.
