Where it is moulded
Rubber parts are moulded at our Beijing plant in Lucheng, HuangCun Town, Daxing; plastic parts at the Shanghai plant on Huqingping Road, Qingpu District, which is also home to our R&D centre.
One compound, one tool, one shot
The tread, the retaining geometry and any mounting holes or locating tabs are all formed in the tool rather than added afterwards. That is why the tool drawing and the part drawing are effectively the same document, and why a change to the face means a change to the tool.

Whichever the drawing calls for. We run EPDM, SBR, TPE, TPE-SEBS, PVC and PP with or without glass reinforcement; if you have not fixed a compound yet, send the service conditions and we will propose one.
How long before I see a real Gear Shift Gator sample?
Our prototype shop exists for exactly this. Parts from a prototype tool take 4 weeks; PPAP to ISO/TS 16949 or VDA, on production parts, is typically 8 weeks after that.
What do you need from us to quote it?
A drawing, or a physical sample we can measure. Our designers work in SolidWorks, Pro-E and UG, so a native or STEP file is enough to start.
How is the material verified?
Through the nine test methods we run in Beijing, and through CTI — Centre Testing International Corporation, Shanghai — where an accredited third-party result is required.
