Part drawing or 3D model
For any part in this catalogue we can issue a dimensioned drawing or a 3D model for review, once we know which programme it is for.
Compound data sheet
The EPDM, SBR, NBR, TPE or TPE-SEBS grade proposed for your part, with the Shore A hardness and the property set behind it.
Test report
Results from the nine methods run in Beijing — hardness, density, ozone, ageing, tensile, elongation, resistivity, oil resistance and Mooney viscosity.
Certified laboratory report
Issued through CTI, Centre Testing International Corporation, Shanghai, where an accredited third-party result is required.
ISO/TS certification details
Certificate scope and current validity for the Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan production facilities. Confirmed in writing rather than published here.
PPAP package
A full production part approval package to ISO/TS 16949 or VDA. Typically 8 weeks; ask before the production tool is cut, not after.
Tooling quotation
Tooling is always quoted as its own line, separately from part price. Send the drawing or the sample to start.

How long does a document request take?
Drawings and data sheets are normally same or next working day. Test reports depend on whether the test has already been run on your compound; PPAP is typically 8 weeks.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. Say so in your first email and we will handle it before any drawing is exchanged.
