Testing beside the press
In our facility in Beijing, right next to the production line, we have all the necessary testing equipment to test our products for Shore A hardness, density, ozone, ageing, tensile strength, elongation to fracture, vulcanization and insulation resistivity, oil resistance and Mooney viscosity.
Why the location matters
A test run in a laboratory a week away tells you what went wrong. A test beside the press tells the operator to stop. Keeping the equipment in the building is the difference between scrap measured in parts and scrap measured in shifts.
Certified laboratory work
We also co-operate with the certified laboratory CTI — Centre Testing International Corporation — based in Shanghai, for results that have to come from an accredited third party.
Production standards
Development runs through our R&D centre in Shanghai and into ISO/TS certified production facilities in Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan. On programme parts we run PPAP to ISO/TS 16949 or VDA.
What we ask you to specify
Compound family and Shore A hardness on the drawing, the service conditions the part sees, and which PPAP standard applies. Everything else we can propose.

Do you have your own laboratory?
We have the testing equipment in the Beijing facility, next to the production line. For certified results we co-operate with CTI, Centre Testing International Corporation, in Shanghai.
Are your plants certified?
Our production facilities in Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan are ISO/TS certified. Certificate numbers and current validity are confirmed on request.
Can I get test data with the parts?
Yes — say so at the quotation stage so the right tests are planned into the run rather than added afterwards.
