Motorcycle rubber lives outdoors
The YAMAHA parts here are quoted against the customer's own part numbers and carry their compound code on the part — EP40 through EP80 for the EPDM grades, NBR70 where the part sees fuel or oil, CI60 on the thickest section. That is three different service conditions on one machine.
Printing and marking
Colour printing on plastic components is one of the technologies at our disposal, and laser etching covers the steel side. Both are applied after the part is finished, registered to the moulded features rather than to a fixture.

Most of these were developed for a specific customer programme, so tell us the part and the annual volume and we will confirm what can be supplied and on what terms.

Send the drawing or the sample. A near-match often means an existing tool can be modified rather than replaced, which changes both the cost and the timing.
